  I had an AWFUL experience here. I am mad there is no option to select zero stars for a review because they don't even deserve one star. My husband and I went in to get off of our current plans and start one together. We signed for a multi line plan. I won't go into specifics.....we leave after hours of working with the guy named Courtney. Apparently, Courtney sucks and I will tell you why: After spending hours setting up this ONE phone plan for two lines....i left happy & gave a nice review....only to find out on my first bill he put me on a contract with 5gigs of data ALONE and put my husband on a MULTI LINE.....ALONE. WHY?! I am curious to know what he was actually doing when he was working with us and why he sent us away saying we were all set when he had all of those errors (literally another phone plan) on his computer screen. Like.....he didn't notice he made two plans not one? I had to get on the phone with AT&T and literally argue my way out of a contract I did not even sign up for or want, which took hours. (Our bill was twice the price it was supposed to be) This place is run by monkeys.
